VINADA® FROZEN MANGO BELLINI

This mocktail recipe takes inspiration from the classic Bellini, swapping out the peach for frozen mango and the sparkling wine for our alcohol-free bubbly. No need to worry about tipsiness – it's pure fruity refreshment!

Ingredients:

  • VINADA® Amazing Airén Gold (0%): 150 ml
  • Mango: 50 gr.
  • Orange: 1 orange peel
  • Lime juice: 10 ml
  • Sugar syrup: 10 ml
  • Ice cube: A handful
  • Supplies: Blender and a flute

Steps:

  1. Make the sugar syrup by dissolving 1 part sugar in 1 part hot water.
  2. Chill your glass by adding ice or placing the glass briefly in the freezer.
  3. In a blender, combine the frozen mango with lime juice and the sugar syrup. Add a splash of VINADA to create a smooth puree.
  4. Pour the puree into the glass and top it off with VINADA AMAZING AIRÉN GOLD.
  5. Garnish with orange peel.
